DogWash Program FAQ

• Book your appointment online or in-store.
• Visit the store at your scheduled time.
• Check in with one of our team members.
• We'll gladly show you the way to our DogWash area.
• There, you can wash and dry your dog at your own pace. All the products you need are ready and waiting.
• When you're finished, please leave the area tidy for the next four-legged visitor.
• Pay for your wash at the checkout.
• That's it: a fresh coat, a wagging tail, and a happy owner!

You can reserve our DogWash in two ways: online or directly in-store.

Booking in-store
Feel free to call or email your local store to reserve a spot. Together, we'll find a time that suits both you and your dog.

Already in-store with a dog that could use a fresh wash? If the DogWash is available and no reservation is scheduled, you're welcome to use it right away. Just ask one of our team members and they'll be happy to check for you.

Booking online
Booking online is extra convenient: you'll instantly see which time slots are available and can easily choose one that fits your schedule. Each time slot lasts 30 minutes, which is usually more than enough time to wash and dry your dog.

Want to wash multiple dogs or take a little extra time? Feel free to book multiple consecutive time slots. After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email and can immediately add the appointment to your calendar.

You can reserve a 30-minute time slot for €20. Whether you're washing one dog or bringing along several wet noses is entirely up to you.

You pay for your wash after your session at the store checkout. Payment can be made in cash, by Bancontact, or by credit card.

We provide our premium Dogwood and Frenky Lewis products, including shampoo, a nourishing conditioner, and a dryer. Prefer to use your own products or towel? No problem at all — you're welcome to bring them along.

Absolutely! From tiny Chihuahuas to giant Great Danes, all four-legged friends are welcome for a fresh wash.

Our DogWash is a self-service facility, so you'll wash your dog yourself. If you have questions about grooming or products, our team members will be happy to help.

Yes. Each reservation includes 30 minutes, which is usually plenty of time to wash and dry your dog comfortably. The DogWash is located in a separate area away from the bustle of the store, helping to keep the experience as relaxing as possible for your dog.

Yes, absolutely. Online, you can easily book multiple consecutive time slots yourself. Booking in-store or by phone? Just let us know, and our team will gladly arrange it for you.

No problem! In your appointment confirmation email, you'll find the options 'Reschedule' and 'Cancel' at the bottom. This allows you to easily choose a new time or free up your spot. Please do this as soon as possible, so another dog can enjoy that grooming session.
