How can I pay?

You can pay securely online using Bancontact, iDEAL | Wero, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through the MultiSafepay payment platform.

Is it safe to pay online at Cats & Dogs?

Once you've entered your details, you can pay securely using one of the available payment methods via the MultiSafepay payment platform. The connection is protected by a secure HTTPS connection.

How do I pay with a gift card?

Hooray, you've received a Cats & Dogs gift card! To redeem it, enter your gift card code in the 'Your Order' overview, at the bottom of the payment methods section. Please note: a gift card is not the same as a discount code.

How do I use a discount code?

Great! You've received a discount code!

You can enter your discount code in two places:

In your shopping cart: just above the 'Go to Checkout' button.

During checkout: just above the 'Order & Pay' button.

If your discount code is valid, the discount will be applied automatically.

Can I give a gift card as a present?

What a lovely idea! You certainly can. Click here (gift card link) to choose the amount you'd like to give.

Tip: you can even personalise your gift card by adding a beautiful photo of the birthday pet or the special person you're giving it to.

I'm not sure which food to choose. Can you help?

Choosing the right food for your four-legged friend isn't always easy. Is your pet a picky eater? Do they suffer from a food allergy or intolerance? Where can I find my invoice?

Simply log in to My Account to view your order details and download your invoices.

The product is out of stock. Can I be notified when it's available again?

Yes, absolutely! If a product is temporarily out of stock, simply enter your email address (1) and click 'Subscribe' (2). As soon as the product is back in stock, we'll automatically send you an email so you can place your order.

Back in stock notification

Already logged in to your account? Then there's no need to enter your email address again. Simply click 'Submit' to sign up for the back-in-stock notification.
