We offer free delivery for all orders over 49 euros to the Netherlands or within Belgium. For orders below 49 euros, you pay 5 euros for transport costs.
Would you like to have it delivered outside Belgium or the Netherlands? Depending on the country and the weight of your package, the exact shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.
When you place your order online, our team immediately springs into action to get the food, toys, collars, etc., to you as quickly as possible.
- We ship to the address you choose, so you don't have to jump in your car.
- Everyone has their own preference for a transport company, so we are happy to give you the choice. We do everything we can to ensure smooth delivery.
- We only charge a small contribution towards the transport cost per order; the actual costs are much higher and we are happy to cover them for you.
Depending on the weight of your order and the destination country, you can choose from two carriers. This way, you can select the one you trust most or have had good experiences with. We partner with bpost, postnl, and DPD.
No, unfortunately, this is not possible. Our warehouse staff work in a large warehouse and focus 100% on what they do best: gathering, packing, and shipping online orders as quickly as possible. They are the best warehouse workers we could wish for, but their tasks do not include giving feeding or shopping advice.
Yes, you can! To your home address, work address, neighbors, family, or your best friend. Just make sure it's not the doghouse ;-)
This depends on the carrier:
- bpost:If you're not at home, the delivery person will leave a note, and you can collect your package at the nearest post office.
- postnl:If you're not at home, the delivery person will try to deliver your package to a neighbor. If that doesn't work, it will be taken to a postnl pickup point. You can track this using the track & trace code you receive from us as soon as your package is shipped and registered with postnl.
- DPD:If you're not at home, DPD will take your package to a DPD pickup point where you can collect it at your convenience.
Our packages are often heavy and well-filled, so try to ensure someone is home at the given address to avoid issues and extra costs.
Note that your order will not be delivered a second time. If we receive a returned package because it wasn't picked up in time at the pickup point, a €7.50 return fee will be deducted from the refund.
We deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Spain, etc. If your country is not selectable during checkout, send us an email at woef@catsendogs.be, and we’ll arrange it for you.
Our warehouse staff pack and ship all orders placed on weekdays before 1 PM on the same day.
- DPD and bpost deliver the next day, from Monday to Friday.
- postnl also delivers the next day, from Monday to Saturday.
Did you receive an incorrect or damaged item, or did something else go wrong? First of all, our apologies for the inconvenience. We’d like to resolve it for you as soon as possible: please contact us via our contact page and let us know what went wrong. If there is damage, we’d appreciate it if you could send us photos showing the damage.
Mistakes happen, but we’re happy to resolve them as quickly as possible. If the mistake is our fault, we’ll provide a free solution.

- Once the process is in full swing, it is unfortunately almost impossible to stop your package.
So be sure to double-check your address details to avoid having to resend your package and being charged transport costs again.
We process orders immediately after they are placed. Do you have a specific delivery date in mind? Order the day before by 1PM. We cannot guarantee that your package will be delivered on the exact day, but we can guarantee it will leave our warehouse correctly. In 99% of cases, delivery occurs the next day.
Keep in mind that delivery times may increase during busy periods, such as November and December.
We’re sorry your pet's food was delivered late. We ship all orders placed before 1PM on the same day, and most of the time they are delivered the next day. However, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the transport companies. In case of problems, we will do our best to find a solution for all parties involved. A late delivery, however, does not entitle you to commercial compensation.
Tip for the owner: Don’t wait until the bottom of the bag or food bin is visible before placing your order ;-)

Yes, you can. Enter your VAT details in your account, and you’ll automatically receive the correct invoices.
