I have a loyalty card at Cats & Dogs. Is it valid online?

Are you already a customer in one of our physical stores?
Then you probably already have a loyalty card that is electronically registered in our cash register system.
You earn one point for every five euros spent. Have you collected 50 points? Fantastic, you will receive a five-euro discount on your next purchase.

Do you shop both in one of our stores and online in our webshop?
You only earn points when you make purchases in one of our physical stores, so purchases on our webshop do not earn points on your loyalty card.

The discount you save in our stores can currently only be redeemed in one of our physical stores. Behind the scenes, however, we are working hard to make it possible to use this saved discount in our webshop in the near future. Additionally, from then on, all your purchases (both online and in our physical stores) will be viewable online. We kindly ask for your patience as we work on this.

Are you an online customer only?
In that case, you cannot earn points, but we are happy to offer you free home delivery for orders over 49 euros. Additionally, we are always online to provide you with the best advice tailored to your pet's needs.

What does "Taste Guarantee" mean?

On some of our brands, we offer a 100% taste guarantee on the <3 kg bags. You can recognize these products by the stamp displayed alongside the product image. This means that if you or your pet are not 100% satisfied with the product, we will provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You don't need a receipt if you have a loyalty card, as your customer details are stored digitally on the card.
We offer this guarantee on the following brands: Canagan, Symply, Tribal, McAdams, Yora, and GreenAcres.

Fun fact: Returned bags are donated to a good cause, ensuring nothing is wasted and hopefully bringing joy to another furry friend.
