Ordering with Click & Collect
For every product in our webshop, you can see the available stock per store. Add your favorite products to your shopping cart and select in-store pickup at the location of your choice during checkout.
If one or more products are not available in the selected store, you will be notified. You can then choose to remove the item from your shopping cart or have it delivered to your home instead.
You always pay for your order online. You can securely pay with Bancontact, credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay or bank transfer.
No, there is no minimum order amount for Click & Collect.
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we can no longer make changes to it.
Would you like to cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible by phone, WhatsApp or email. We'll be happy to see what is still possible.
If you have created an account, you can track your order status through your account. You will also receive an email once your order is ready for pickup.
Did you order without an account? Then you will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to be collected.
This usually means that one or more products in your shopping cart are not available in the selected store.
You can remove the item from your shopping cart or choose home delivery instead.
Our colleagues first collect and check all the items in your order. This ensures everything is ready when you arrive and allows us to help you quickly.
Collecting your order
In most cases, your order will be ready within approximately one hour at the selected store. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready. Please take the store opening hours into account; you can find them here.
As soon as your order is ready, we will send you a confirmation email.
Please bring your confirmation email, either on your smartphone or printed on paper.
Don't have the email at hand? No problem. In most cases, we can also find your order using the name under which it was placed.
Yes, absolutely. Feel free to forward the confirmation email to the person who will collect your order on your behalf.
We will keep your order in the store for a maximum of one week.
If your order is not collected within the specified period, the products will be put back on sale.
The amount paid will then be refunded via the same payment method used to place the order.
